In accordance with European Directive 2004/108/EC, independent testing showed that the RCS20 M:N
Redundancy Switch complied with these standards:
Emissions
EN 55022 Class B Limits and methods of measurement of radio interference characteristics of
Information Technology Equipment (Also tested to FCC Part 15 Class B)
Immunity
EN 55024 Information Technology Equipment: Immunity Characteristics, Limits, and
Methods of Measurement.
Additionally, the RCS20 M:N Redundancy Switch complied with these standards:
EN 61000-3-2 Harmonic Currents Emission EN 61000-3-3 Voltage Fluctuations and Flicker
Electrical Safety
The RCS20 M:N Redundancy Switch has been shown to comply with the EN 60950 Safety of Information
Technology Equipment (including electrical business machines) safety standard.
CAUTION
If the unit is operated in a vehicle or movable installation, make sure the unit is stable.
Otherwise, EN 60950 safety is not guaranteed.
